Once a vendor short list is defined we can move on to the next phase of the project. As Outsourcing Mentor provides a light touch consulting practice the assistance with the remainder of the project is that of a mentor.

We provide document templates and work with your staff in the preparation and review of critical documents, assistance with the vendor short list process and eventual scorecard development. Once the vendor has been selected we will assist your legal team in preparation of a contract and offer our own partnered legal team if you require specialist advice.

After contract negotiation and signing we can help during the transition process and eventual go live.

All of this is done within our own framework methodology and is customised for every client. The level of mentoring and involvement is dependent on your team, their abilities, and the amount of time they can devote to the project. Throughout all this we are conscious that mentoring means reducing consulting costs and retaining knowledge in house once the project is complete and the relationship underway.
